Workshop Participation

When you register for one of our painting workshops, you agree to the following terms:

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in our workshops
Workshop reservations are subject to availability and confirmation
You agree to arrive on time for your scheduled workshop
You will follow all instructions provided by our instructors
You are responsible for any damage to studio property caused by your negligence
Photography and video recording may be prohibited during certain sessions
You grant us permission to use any photos or videos taken during the workshop for promotional purposes unless you specifically opt out

Prohibited Activities

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of New York. Grexalonmroz and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of New York shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

Dispute Resolution

Any legal action of whatever nature brought by either you or us shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, and the parties hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in such state and federal courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Use. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
