We understand that circumstances can change, and we have developed this Return Policy to address cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling in a fair and transparent manner. This policy applies to all workshop bookings made through our website or other official booking channels.
We encourage you to read this policy carefully before making a booking. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Return Policy.
Workshop Cancellation by Participant
Full Refund Eligibility
Participants who cancel their workshop booking are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:
- Cancellation request is submitted at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled workshop date
- The cancellation request is made in writing via email or through our official contact channels
- The original payment method is still valid and accessible for refund processing
Partial Refund Eligibility
Participants may be eligible for a partial refund (50% of the booking amount) under the following conditions:
- Cancellation request is submitted between 3 and 6 calendar days before the scheduled workshop date
- The request includes a valid reason for the late cancellation
- This is the participant's first partial refund request within a 12-month period
No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
- Cancellation request is made less than 3 calendar days before the scheduled workshop
- Participant fails to attend the workshop without prior notification (no-show)
- Participant arrives more than 30 minutes late and is unable to join the session
- Cancellation is due to circumstances that were known at the time of booking
Rescheduling Options
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we offer flexible rescheduling options to accommodate our participants:
Free Rescheduling
Participants may reschedule their workshop booking at no additional cost if:
- The rescheduling request is made at least 48 hours before the original workshop date
- The new workshop date is within 90 days of the original booking date
- Availability exists for the preferred new date and time
- This is the first rescheduling request for this particular booking
Rescheduling with Fee
A rescheduling fee of $15 may apply if:
- The rescheduling request is made less than 48 hours before the workshop
- This is a second or subsequent rescheduling request for the same booking
- The participant wishes to reschedule to a date more than 90 days from the original booking
Workshop Cancellation by Grexalonmroz
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen events. In such cases:
- All registered participants will receive a full refund of their booking fee
- Participants will be notified as soon as possible via email and phone
- We will offer alternative dates when available, subject to participant preference
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
Circumstances for Our Cancellation
We may cancel a workshop due to:
- Insufficient enrollment (minimum participant requirements not met)
- Instructor illness or emergency
- Severe weather conditions or natural disasters
- Facility emergencies or technical issues
- Public health advisories or government-mandated closures
Gift Certificates and Vouchers
Special terms apply to gift certificates and promotional vouchers:
- Gift certificates are non-refundable but are transferable to another person
- Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
- Expired gift certificates may be honored at our discretion with a reactivation fee
- Promotional vouchers obtained through special offers cannot be exchanged for cash
- Gift certificates cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless specifically stated
Refund Processing
When a refund is approved, please note the following:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
- Bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
- For questions about refund status, please contact us after 10 business days
Special Circumstances
We recognize that extraordinary situations may arise that are not covered by standard policy terms. We will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis for:
- Medical emergencies (with appropriate documentation)
- Family emergencies or bereavement
- Travel disruptions beyond participant control
- Other circumstances that could not have been reasonably anticipated
To request consideration for special circumstances, please contact our team as soon as possible with relevant details and any supporting documentation.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We take pride in the quality of our workshops and want every participant to have a positive experience. If you are dissatisfied with your workshop experience for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours of your session. We will work with you to address your concerns and may offer:
- A complimentary follow-up session with an instructor
- Credit toward a future workshop
- Other appropriate remedies based on the specific situation
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The policy in effect at the time of your booking will apply to that specific transaction. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
